Refund policy

 Returns:

  • We accept exchanges only within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging.
  • If the yarn has been wound into a ball, it cannot be exchanged.
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required for all exchanges.
  • To return your product, login to your account or send an email to support@coachellavalleyyarn.com to begin the exchange process.

 Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

 Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, login to your account or contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at support@coachellavalleyyarn.com. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Sale Items:

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases:

  • If you purchased at our physical store, items may be exchanged at the store with a receipt.
