FAQs

Do you sell needles?

Yes, we have individual needles, needle sets, and crochet hooks from Chiaogoo.

Do you offer lessons or classes?

Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to stay ibnfomed about upcoming workshops at The Place. We can teach anyone from the complete beginner to the more experienced crafter with a challenging project.

Can I bring my own yarn project to work on in the shop?

We don't have a dedicated table for drop-ins at The Place. BUt there are many other places to knit in the Valley. The Knitters Haven in La Quinta is a great place if you are looking for a regular knitting group. There is also listing of places to knit on the Knitting Guild of the Desert website.

Do you offer pattern books?

We have a handful of books for sale. However, we have found that the best resource for patterns is Ravelry.
